How can I pay?
By card through Inverse with 3-D Secure, from your Sterling wallet, or by bank transfer with a receipt upload. Prices are shown in ETB or USD with the exchange rate disclosed before you confirm.
Can I hold a seat before paying?
Yes. When the airline allows it we reserve the itinerary and show a countdown. Pay before it expires and we ticket immediately; otherwise the hold is released and you are notified.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Open the booking in your dashboard. The airline's fare rules decide what is allowed and what it costs; you see that before you commit, and refunds go back to the original method or your wallet.
Is someone available if my flight changes overnight?
